About Poster presentation

1.Schedule for poster presentation

We have divided the poster presenters into two groups.
Look for the poster number described in the Program on the ACED2017 website (http://aced2017.org/program/).
The poster number is 1 or 2-digit number following to the “P-“.
The discussion time for the odd number presenters is from 11:10 – 11:50 on June, 3rd and from 11:10 – 12:00 on June, 4th for the even number presenters.
The presenters must remain by their poster board during the assigned discussion time and enjoy discussions with the registrants who are circulating among posters boards. After the discussion time, please clear presentation board and take all of your trash with you when you leave.

2.Poster setting

The presenters could set their posters on the poster board from 12:00 on June 1st, and please finish your setting until 10 minutes before the discussion starts (Check your discussion time seeing ”1. Schedule for poster presentation”).
The size of assigned poster board is 594 × 841(mm)(A0 size), and please don’t bring posters with much more excessive size.
Push pins would be equipped with each poster board.
