Please register at the reception tables for chairs and visit each room 10 minutes before the session starts.
For Oral Presenters
(1) Equipment provided by the conference organizer:

- For security reasons, we aren’t able to provide computers for presentation. Please bring your computers to the conference venue.
- Projectors have D-Sub 15 (VGA) ports only. Please bring conversion cables if your computers don’t have D-Sub 15 (VGA) port.
(2) Materials prepared by the presenters:
Computers (and conversion cables for D-Sub 15 display port if required) PowerPoint files
(3) Duration of each presentation:
Oral session: 10 minutes of presentation and 4 minutes of Q & A
We ring bells at 8 minutes (once), 10 minutes (twice) and 14 minutes (three times) respectively.
